• Process Improvement: Review and analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Data Analysis: Interpret, evaluate & present visualizations to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights for business enhancement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present analytical findings, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders. Support development of performance scorecards and KPI frameworks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and operational rules to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
