Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B orinstitutional sales.
• Strong understanding of governmentprocurement processes, tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP), and publicsector buying behavior.
• Familiarity with wire and cableproducts, specifications, and applications in government projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Authorities

• Achieve sales and collection targets from government departments and PSUs.
• Track and convert government tendersand rate contracts.

Approve pricing within delegated authority.

Recommend participation in tenders and rate contracts.

Project Tracking & Execution Support

• Track ongoing and upcominggovernment projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams fortimely delivery and execution.

Prioritize project-based orders.

Escalate supply chain issues affecting project timelines.

Institutional Client Management

Build andmaintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in governmentbodies, utilities, and EPC contractors.

Ensure brandpreference and product approvals.

Representthe company in client meetings and technical discussions.

Escalatehigh-value opportunities to leadership.

Brand Promotion in Government Sector

Conductproduct presentations, technical seminars, and awareness programs forgovernment stakeholders.

Participate ingovernment exhibitions and trade shows.

Approve eventparticipation and content.

Coordinate with marketing for promotional materials.
