Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related) or B.Sc.
• MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Analytics required.
• 2–3 years of Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Lead Generation, Sales Support, or Business Development experience.
• Prior experience in Industrial Automation sector mandatory.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI dashboard creation.
• Experience with CRM platforms (SAP), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, digital research suites, and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Market Growth & Expansion

• Identify and map high-potential OEMs, machine builders, and manufacturing enterprises across key sectors to expand market reach.
• Uncover emerging industrial automation applications, capital investment projects, and high-growth verticals.
• Perform in-depth market attractiveness analysis, customer positioning evaluations, and competitor benchmarking to optimize Go-To-Market strategies.

2. Build & Nurture a Future-Ready Sales Pipeline

• Build, curate, and systematically maintain comprehensive databases of targeted prospective accounts.
• Map complex client structures to pinpoint key C-suite decision-makers, technical influencers, and procurement heads.
• Formulate structured account intelligence profiles and opportunity roadmaps for account-based strategy execution.

3. Enable Strategic Selling & Commercial Excellence

• Deliver pre-vetted, highly qualified leads and actionable commercial intelligence to field sales and key account managers.
• Equip sales teams with bespoke data-driven insights and market tailwind analysis to accelerate client acquisition.
• Orchestrate and facilitate high-impact introductory meetings between prospective clients and business leadership.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related discipline) OR B.Sc.
• MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Analytics is required.
• Experience:
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Lead Generation, Sales Support, or Business Development.
• Prior experience within the Industrial Automation sector is mandatory. (Outstanding freshers with relevant internships may be considered).
• Technical & Analytical Tools:
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI dashboard creation.
