ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced Business Process Operations Analyst (GTM Planning) to drive Go-To-Market excellence across Sales, Partner, Revenue Operations, and business processes. You will design scalable workflows, build operational reporting, and automate processes using the Microsoft stack.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Customer Success, Delivery, and Partners to optimize performance through data-driven decisions and governance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of GTM Planning experience.
- 5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations experience.
- 5+ years of Business Process Design and Process Improvement experience.
- 5+ years of Business Systems Requirements Gathering and Analysis.
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting and operational planning.
- Experience working within Microsoft-centric environments.
Responsibilities
- Support GTM planning cycles and develop territory planning and pipeline models.
- Analyze sales productivity and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Lead business process optimization across sales and partner orgs.

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Operations Analyst (GTM Planning) to drive operational excellence across sales, partner, revenue, and business process initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who combines business analysis expertise with sales operations, reporting, process improvement, and Microsoft ecosystem experience.
The Business Process Operations Analyst (GTM Planning) will support strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by designing scalable business processes, developing operational reporting, improving sales and partner workflows, and driving cross-functional planning initiatives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Delivery, and Partner teams to optimize business performance through data-driven decision making, process automation, and operational governance.
- Support annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles.
- Develop territory planning, account coverage, capacity planning, and pipeline management models.
- Analyze sales productivity metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Create operational frameworks that support scalable sales growth.
- Map current-state and future-state business processes using Visio.
- Conduct process reviews and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Design and document standardized operating procedures.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives across sales and partner organizations.
- Ensure alignment of business processes with strategic objectives.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements discovery sessions.
- Evaluate impacts of process and system changes.
- Develop business cases and implementation recommendations.
- Develop and maintain executive reporting dashboards.
- Create Power BI dashboards to support leadership decision making.
- Build KPI scorecards for Sales, Marketing, Partner Development, and Operations teams.
- Perform trend analysis and operational performance reviews.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support reporting and analytics within Dynamics 365.
- Analyze CRM data quality, process utilization, and pipeline effectiveness.
- Partner with technical teams to improve CRM adoption and data governance.
- Support business process automation initiatives across the Microsoft technology stack.
- Manage workflows and reporting within Jira Service Management.
- Facilitate project tracking and operational governance.
- Support project documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with PMO and technical teams on process improvements.
- Support partner planning, partner performance management, and co-sell initiatives.
- Develop reporting and operational frameworks for channel partner programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize partner engagement models.
- Monitor partner-related KPIs and business outcomes.
- 5+ years of GTM Planning experience.
- 5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations experience.
- 5+ years of Business Process Design and Process Improvement experience.
- 5+ years of Business Systems Requirements Gathering and Analysis.
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting and operational planning.
- Experience working within Microsoft-centric environments.
