Flexing It is seeking a Business Process Analyst Consultant in Mumbai to review current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements across operations and service delivery.

You will map AS-IS/TO-BE, gather requirements from stakeholders, support ERP/CRM implementations, and help drive digital transformation with measurable KPIs.

This role emphasizes collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver practical, automation-aligned solutions.

• Support ERP/CRM implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process integration.
• Define KPIs, analyze operational data, and track process performance to measure improvement outcomes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience.
