Job summary

Hathi Cement is seeking a strategically minded analyst to support the CEO with annual planning, budgeting, and performance reviews. You will coordinate cross-functionally, track initiatives from leadership meetings, and prepare concise briefs and minutes.

The role emphasizes presenting, data analysis, and MIS reporting, with exposure to budgeting and cost monitoring in a manufacturing environment. Confidentiality and senior leadership interaction are essential.

Qualifications

• ICWA/CA/MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution (full-time) is compulsory.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, MIS, or Business Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory.
• Good with AI tools as well.
• Strong experience in presentations, MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and handle confidential information.
• Experience in Chemicals, Building Materials, FMCG, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
