Job summary

Sterling Tools (STL) in Faridabad, India seeks a capable professional to drive business analysis, executive assistance, and manufacturing support. You will build MIS reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support planning and project initiatives.

Your role includes coordinating meetings, preparing summaries, and ensuring data accuracy across departments to enable informed leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/tech degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with dashboards (Power BI/Excel) and ERP systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data across manufacturing, sales, procurement, quality and finance.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs for production, quality, inventory, delivery and cost.
• Prepare management presentations and reports.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and project tracking.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :-

1. Business Analysis

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from manufacturing, sales, procurement, quality, and finance.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports and interactive dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs related to production, quality, inventory, delivery, and cost.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Prepare business presentations and reports for management reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in business planning and strategic initiatives.

2. Executive Assistance

• Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up action trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Handle confidential business information with professionalism.
• Prepare executive summaries and briefing notes for leadership meetings.
• Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.

3. Manufacturing & Operations Support

• Track daily production performance against targets.
• Monitor OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and efficiency reports.
• Support capacity planning and manpower analysis.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Finance teams.
• Assist in monitoring project implementation and improvement initiatives.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Develop Power BI, Excel, or ERP-based dashboards.
• Maintain business documentation, SOPs, and management records.
• Ensure data accuracy and report standardization.

5. Coordination & Project Management

• Track strategic projects and management initiatives.
• Follow up with department heads on deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate audits, customer visits, and leadership meetings.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
