Job summary

SLN Coffee Pvt Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain CEO dashboards and business scorecards, while analyzing cross-functional data across sales, finance, operations, and marketing.

You will identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and prepare regular performance reports. You will support the CEO in strategic planning, track initiatives, and build business cases for investments and expansion.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance/Strategy/Operations) from a reputed institute preferred like IIM or FMS.
• Engineering background is an added advantage.
• CA's who has had Business Analysis experience can apply too.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CEO dashboards and business scorecards.
• Analyze sales, finance, operations, procurement, marketing, and manufacturing data.
• Identify business trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports.
• Support the CEO in strategic planning and execution.
• Track organization-wide strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare business cases for new investments and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare Board and Management Committee presentations.
• Develop MIS reports and executive summaries.
• Monitor key business KPIs across departments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Procurement.
• Follow up on action items from leadership meetings.
• Ensure timely closure of CEO reviews.
• Identify operational inefficiencies.
• Recommend automation and process improvements.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, PMO, or CEO's Office.
