BloomchemAG in Noida is seeking a Financial & Accounting MIS- Business Analyst to drive financial analytics, forecasting and operating metrics for decision making.

The role reports to the CEO and involves analyzing purchases, receivables, working capital, and past performance to identify improvements and efficiency gains. You will deliver insights and build automated reporting and dashboards to support leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA in Accounting/Finance/Economics from reputed institutes.
• 2–4 years of business finance or related experience.
• Strong fluency with MS Excel and solid analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company performance using financial tools and data.
• Assess product sales, pricing, and conduct trend analysis.
• Analyze variances in purchases and selling prices.
• Prepare Business Performance Review (BPR) presentations.
• Forecast finances, report results, and track operational metrics.
• Identify trends, variances and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Business Operations team to satisfy creators, debtors and banks.
• Compare actual results with plans and forecasts to evaluate financial performance.
• Lead cost analysis by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Conduct market research, data mining and BI activities.

Requirements:Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Analyst will be responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, operational metrics tracking, and analysis of purchases, receivables, and working capital data to enhance swift decision-making in the current business landscape. The role encompasses the analysis of past business performance and customer retention, conducting variance, trend identification, and offering recommendations for continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze company performance using financial and other tools.
• Analyze product wise sales, selling prices, and conduct trend analysis.
• Analyze variances in purchase and selling prices, as well as quantities.
• Prepare Business Performance Review (BPR)presentations.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and track operational metrics.
• Analyze past results, conduct variance analysis, identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Operations team to ensure satisfaction among creators, debtors and banks.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions of optimization.
• Identify and drive process improvements including creating standard and ad-hoc reports and excel dashboards.
• Enhance productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Conduct market research, data mining, and business intelligence activities.

Educational Qualification-

MBA in Accounting/Finance/Economics from reputed institutes in More than 2-4 years of Business finance or other relevant experience Strong fluency with MS Excel+ Strong analytical and data gathering skills ie Good Business Acumen.
