Scope:

• Reports to the Operations Manager/Director
• Provides status updates on progress of tasks/work.
• Create, Analyze & Modify Reports for business need.
• Collaborates with Delivery Organisation for any kind of support.
• Dive deep into business processes to ensure compliance and drive process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the integrity of data, working with delivery operations team.
• Running reports On Service Delivery by building analysis in Oracle Business Intelligence
• Review collected data for accuracy, and present findings to the Operations Director/Manager
• Excellent understanding of all tools and applications
• Manage or escape issues and queries connected to the data collection and processing process, quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal support groups.
• Maintain documentation of the processes related to Report creation and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reports and business processes using ChatGPT and other authorized applications.
