Job summary

Clover Infotech in Bangalore is seeking a Project Management / Business Analyst with 1-2 years of relevant experience to support project management and business analysis activities.

You will gather requirements, document BRD/FRD, create user stories and process flows, track progress with project trackers, and coordinate with stakeholders in a fast-paced BFSI environment. WFO in the Bangalore office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• MBA / PGDM or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and business analysis activities.
• Gather requirements and document BRD/FRD, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and track project activities to ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and MIS reports for status updates.
• Ensure quality and adherence to project timelines in a BFSI environment.

The candidate will support project management and business analysis activities, including gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking project activities, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

The ideal candidate should have good analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced BFSI environment.

Mandatory Skills

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Management support.
• Good understanding of requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience in preparing BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and project documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in preparing project trackers, MIS reports, dashboards, and status reports.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
