Job summary

DealHub Ltd is seeking an Operations/Project Management - Business Analyst I to support projects with transactional tasks, UAT on applications, and reporting for Services Delivery from Bengaluru.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel and VBA skills, SQL knowledge, and the ability to work across time zones. Bengaluru-based candidates are preferred, with a maximum package of 5.5 LPA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations/analyst roles.
• Advanced Excel and VBA programming skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Experience building dashboards in Excel or BI tools.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to automate reports using AI tools (ChatGPT) and other applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of data, working with delivery operations team.
• Run reports on Service Delivery by building analysis in Oracle BI.
• Review collected data for accuracy, and present findings to the Operations Director/Manager.
• Demonstrate understanding of all tools and applications.
• Manage or escalate issues and queries connected to the data collection and processing process, quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal support groups.
• Maintain documentation of the processes related to Report creation and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reports and business processes using ChatGPT and other authorized applications.
