Responsibilities

• Create process flows, BRDs, user stories, wireframes, and use cases.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.

• Assist in planning, testing, validation, and UAT execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in requirements and provide solutions.
