Role Overview

The Business Manager will oversee the entire business operation in India - driving strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This is a leadership role suited for a commercially astute, hands‑on professional who can balance strategic vision with execution.

The successful candidate will enhance market presence, improve efficiency across operations, and lead a motivated team toward achieving long‑term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

• Define and execute business strategies for sustainable growth and profitability.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Lead commercial, marketing, and branding initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee production, hatchery, logistics, and distribution to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement through effective systems, KPIs, and accountability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with high standards of biosecurity, quality, and safety.

People & Organizational Leadership

• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing, engaged team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and performance excellence.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities and ensure succession readiness.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
