Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is seeking a role to drive growth, engagement and product excellence for Mutual Funds and Investments on the ABCD App. You will manage end-to-end journey from discovery to transaction to portfolio tracking for 1M+ users.

Lead MF KPIs, curate collections and launches, work with Product & Tech on investment journeys; liaise with AMC/RTA, ensure SEBI compliance, and create investment education content; drive campaigns and analyze cohorts to optimize conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing mutual funds or financial products.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to drive end-to-end product growth.
• Knowledge of SEBI MF regulations is a plus.
• Experience with partnerships and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own MF KPIs: AUM, SIPs, transactions, repeat users.
• Drive MF discovery and conversion - curated collections, goal-based investing, NFO launches.
• Work with Product & Tech to enhance investment journeys - Lumpsum, SIP, Switch, STP/SWP, eligible portfolio import.
• Liaise with AMC partners, RTA (CAMS/KFintech), BSE Star MF for listings and support.
• Ensure SEBI MF compliance, risk disclosures, KYD/KYC norms.
• Coordinate with Operations for order processing, reconciliation, and customer queries.
• Create investment education content - market insights, fund explainers, goal planning with marketing.
• Drive campaigns for SIP Day, ELSS season, NFOs, and market corrections.
• Analyze customer cohorts - why users drop? why they don't transact? drive interventions.

To drive growth, engagement and product excellence for Mutual Funds and Investments on the ABCD App. You will be responsible for the end-to-end journey - from product discovery to transaction to portfolio tracking - ensuring a simple, trusted and rewarding investment experience for 1M+ users.

1. Product & Business Growth

• Own Mutual Funds business KPIs - AUM, SIP registrations, Transactions, Repeat users
• Drive MF discovery and conversion - Curated collections, Goal-based investing, NFO launches
• Work with Product & Tech to enhance investment journeys - Lumpsum, SIP, Switch, STP/SWP, Eligible portfolio import

2. Partnerships & Operations

• Liaise with AMC partners, RTA (CAMS/KFintech), BSE Star MF for scheme listing, offers and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with SEBI MF regulations, Risk disclosures, KYD/KYC norms
• Coordinate with Operations for order processing, reconciliation, and customer queries

• Drive campaigns for SIP Day, ELSS season, NFOs, and Market corrections
