Job summary

Aditya Birla Group, Thane, seeks a Business Manager - Fixed Income to drive growth and product excellence for Mutual Funds on the ABCD App. You will own the end-to-end journey from discovery to transaction to portfolio tracking for 1M+ users.

Collaborate with Product, Tech and AMC partners, ensure SEBI compliance, KYD/KYC norms, and coordinate with Operations for order processing and education content. You'll lead campaigns and analytics to reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Track MF funnel and engagement metrics across discovery, product page, cart and payment.
• Collaborate with AMC partners and tech teams to enhance MF journeys.
• Ensure regulatory disclosures and KYD/KYC norms are followed.

Responsibilities

• Own Mutual Funds business KPIs such as AUM, SIP registrations, transactions and repeat users.
• Drive MF discovery and conversion through curated collections and NFO launches.
• Coordinate with operations for order processing, reconciliation and queries.
• Create investment education content and drive campaigns for key MF events.
• Analyze customer cohorts to identify drop-offs and drive interventions.

Job Description:

To drive growth, engagement and product excellence for Mutual Funds and Investments on the ABCD App. You will be responsible for the end-to-end journey - from product discovery to transaction to portfolio tracking - ensuring a simple, trusted and rewarding investment experience for 1M+ users.

**1. Product & Business Growth**

• Own Mutual Funds business KPIs - AUM, SIP registrations, Transactions, Repeat users
• Drive MF discovery and conversion - Curated collections, Goal-based investing, NFO launches
• Work with Product & Tech to enhance investment journeys - Lumpsum, SIP, Switch, STP/SWP, Eligible portfolio import

**2. Partnerships & Operations**

• Liaise with AMC partners, RTA (CAMS/KFintech), BSE Star MF for scheme listing, offers and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with SEBI MF regulations, Risk disclosures, KYD/KYC norms
• Coordinate with Operations for order processing, reconciliation, and customer queries
• Create investment education content - Market insights, Fund explainers, Goal planning with Marketing
• Drive campaigns for SIP Day, ELSS season, NFOs, and Market corrections
• Analyze customer cohorts - Why users drop? Why they don't transact? Drive interventions

**4. Data & Insights**

• Track funnel - Discovery > Product Page > Cart > Payment > Allotment
• Use Clevertap / Amplitude / Mixpanel for user behavior analysis
