Ratnaafin Capital in Ahmedabad invites a Business Manager - Execution to drive new business for Supply Chain Finance and related facilities. You will engage with finance heads and directors of corporate clients to explain features and benefits and convert leads.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals, disbursements, renewals, and resolve transaction queries while maintaining portfolio hygiene and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Supply Chain Finance/Working Capital facilities in banks / NBFCs.
• Understanding of various industries, their business models and market drivers.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, working capital terminology and ratios.
• Effective, clear professional communication with corporate clients.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for generating fresh business from leads and onboarding new customers for Supply Chain Finance/ Vendor Finance/ Dealer Finance/ Working Capital Loans.
• Leverage tie-ups with anchor corporates for fresh business sourcing from leads.
• Connect with corporate clients—finance head / CFO / director—and explain SCF product features and benefits by understanding client’s business model.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to achieve TAT and tracking.
• Maintain portfolio hygiene by completing renewals on time and closing deferrals.
• Assist customers with routine disbursement tranches and resolve transaction queries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Operations and Accounts) to ensure timely approvals, disbursement, and customer service.

Role: Business Manager - Execution

• Responsible for generating fresh business from leads and on-boarding new customers for Supply Channel Finance/ Vendor Finance/ Dealer Finance/ Working Capital Loans.
• Responsible for leveraging the Tie Ups with Anchor Corporates for fresh business sourcing from leads
• To connect with corporate clients i.e. Their Finance Head / CFO / Director and to explain them SCF product along with key features and benefits by understanding client's business model.
• To coordinate with customers and respective internal teams for TAT achievement and tracking.
• To maintain hygiene of the portfolio by completing renewals on time, Closing deferrals.
• To assist customer in routine disbursement tranches and solving their transaction level queries.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams i.e. Credit,
• Operations and accounts to ensure timely approvals, solving the quires and final disbursement and customer serving.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Supply Chain Finance/Working Capital facilities in banks / NBFCs.
• To have decent understanding of various industries, their business model and market drivers which eventually help in sourcing and converting business effectively.
• To have decent understanding of financial statements, working capital terminologies and financial ratios etc.
• Should be prompt and clear in professional communication to manage corporate clients.
