Livspace in Kolkata is seeking a BM- Design to oversee design for 12 to 15 projects monthly, coordinating a team of 6 to 10 designers. You will drive productivity, provide training, and lead design discussions to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role focuses on client experience, relationship management, and achieving top customer ratings via design surveys, with emphasis on end-to-end project management across residential interiors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Managing Design Projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required).

Expertise & Qualifications:

• Qualification prefered B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
