Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate Commercial Vehicles leads through internal channels such as branches, RM, call centres and loan centres.
• Engage with existing customers to understand financial needs and offer suitable CV products.
• Conduct customer meetings to assess eligibility, financials, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and disbursement coordination.
• Deliver timely support and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through cross-sell initiatives.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for efficient loan processing.
