• Own login, disbursement, and revenue targets for commercial vehicle loans across the assigned area.
• Lead, coach, and review a team of Business Managers to deliver productivity.
• Expand market presence by onboarding and activating CV dealers, DSAs, brokers, and channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, fleet operators, transporters, and local market partners.
