Job summary

Antal International client, one of India’s leading NBFCs, seeks a National Sales Head – Business Loans to build and scale the Business Loans vertical. The role demands a proven leader to drive national growth, lead sales teams and deliver a profitable, high-quality loan portfolio.

The candidate must have 12–20 years in MSME lending, with at least 5 years in a pan-India leadership role, and a track record of scaling portfolios while maintaining portfolio quality. MBA/CA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of experience in Business/Commercial/MSME Lending within Banks or NBFCs.
• Minimum 5 years in a National Sales Head (pan-India leadership) role.
• Proven ability to build and scale secured/unsecured lending portfolios.
• Strong leadership, distribution-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven track record of growth while maintaining portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national strategy for Business Loans and drive growth across geographies.
• Build and scale the Business Loans franchise with end-to-end sourcing and disbursements.
• Develop and manage a high-performing sales and distribution network (branches, DSAs, partners).
• Drive customer acquisition in MSME/commercial segments with high turnover targets.

Our client, one of India's leading NBFCs, is looking for an accomplished National Sales Head – Business Loans to build, scale and lead its Business Loans vertical. The role demands a proven leader with a strong track record in commercial/MSME lending, capable of driving national growth, building high-performing sales teams and delivering a profitable, high-quality loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the national strategy for Business Loans and drive business growth across geographies.
• Build and scale the Business Loans franchise with end-to-end ownership of sourcing, disbursements and portfolio growth.
• Develop and manage a high-performing sales and distribution network (branches, DSAs, connectors and strategic partners).
• Drive customer acquisition in the MSME/commercial segment with annual turnover up to ₹100–150 Crores.
• Grow a healthy portfolio with ticket sizes up to ₹10–15 Crores, while ensuring strong portfolio quality and risk discipline.
• Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Operations and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experience and sustainable business growth.

Candidate Profile

• 12–20 years of experience in Business/Commercial/MSME Lending within Banks or NBFCs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a National Sales Head (or equivalent pan-India leadership) role.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling secured/unsecured business lending portfolios.
• Strong leadership, distribution-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to consistently deliver growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
