Job summary

Infosys is seeking a BI and Data Management Consultant in Bengaluru to design, build and deliver Oracle Analytics-based reporting solutions and ODI integrations. The role involves leading BI/Analytics implementations, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, and guiding solution design through to deployment.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in IT with strong Oracle data warehousing, ETL design, and analytics architecture expertise, plus SDLC and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing OAC/OAS reporting solutions and ODI integrations.
• Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL design, performance tuning, and analytics solution architecture.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end BI/Analytics implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions using Oracle technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex business and technical challenges.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Project and team management.
• Two or three industry domain knowledge areas.

Responsibilities

• Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and company guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high quality value-adding solutions.

• Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL design, performance tuning, and analytics solution architecture.
• Proven experience in leading end‑to‑end BI/Analytics implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
