Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bangalore is seeking a BI and Data Management Consultant with 5+ years of IT experience. You will lead end-to-end BI/Analytics implementations, work with ODI-based ETL, and leverage Oracle Analytics Cloud and ODI for data integration and reporting.

You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable BI solutions, and contribute to proposal development and demonstrations, ensuring client satisfaction and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ODI-based ETL/BI solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics platforms and data warehousing architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI/Analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and provide inputs in solution design.
• Plan configuration activities, configure products per design, conduct pilots and resolve requirements and design queries.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned to budgets and guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of overall IT experience, including hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)/Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) reporting solutions and ETL integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL design, performance tuning, and analytics solution architecture.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end BI/Analytics implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions using Oracle technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex business and technical challenges.
