Job summary

• Drive long-term portfolio performance while balancing risk and regulatory compliance.
• Lead innovation in investment products aligned with market opportunities and client needs.
• Strengthen the firm’s market positioning and brand credibility in the PMS space.
• Enable effective distribution through internal sales channels and external partnerships.
• Build a robust governance and investment framework in line with SEBI PMS guidelines.
• Define and execute the PMS business strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive AUM growth through client acquisition, retention, and cross-sell strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities, themes, and investment products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Wealth, and Institutional teams to expand distribution.
• Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment decisions across PMS strategies.
• Ensure consistent delivery of superior risk-adjusted returns.
• Monitor market trends, macro-economic factors, and sectoral outlooks.
• Guide research and investment teams on theme identification and stock selection.
• Groom team on AI led research, reports and automation of tools for customers.
• Design new PMS products based on client segments (HNIs/UHNIs) and market trends.
• Drive differentiated offerings (e.g., thematic strategies, long-short, quant-based PMS).
• Continuously enhance existing strategies based on performance and feedback.
