Conceptm Staffing Services is seeking a strategic and technically proficient manufacturing leader to head tube manufacturing and steel fabrication. The role demands complete ownership of business growth, P&L, and operations across onsite sites in India and international projects.

The ideal candidate brings 18+ years in manufacturing, with proven leadership, roll-forming expertise and a strong network of customers. Exports experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18–25 years in manufacturing with strong exposure to tube manufacturing and steel fabrication for infrastructure, renewable energy and API-related applications.
• Experience at least two organizations where tube/roll-forming technology was deployed.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership role with P&L and site-wide operational responsibility.
• Proven experience managing large-scale production and project-driven customers with strict quality and delivery timelines, preferably 500 Crore+ scale.
• Strong commercial and business acumen including profitability improvement and cost optimization.

We are currently looking for a highly experienced and accomplished Business Head Tube Manufacturing & Steel Fabrication for a senior leadership position with a leading organization.

Key Leadership Requirements

• 18–25+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with strong exposure to tube manufacturing and steel fabrication, particularly for infrastructure, renewable energy and API-related applications.
• Candidates should have worked with at least two organizations where relevant tube/roll-forming technology was deployed.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership role such as COO, CMO, Business Head or equivalent, with complete P&L and site-wide operational responsibility.
• Proven experience managing large-scale production and project-driven customers, with stringent quality and delivery timelines, preferably involving businesses of 500 Crore+ scale.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, including a thorough understanding of business financials, profitability improvement and cost optimization.
• Deep understanding of ERW tube manufacturing processes, quality standards, plant operations and production management.
• Familiarity with the solar industry supply chain, EPC contractor expectations, export documentation and international business processes.
• Proven experience in exports and international client servicing will be preferred.
• Strong industry network, with established relationships with at least four customers purchasing products manufactured using the relevant technology.
• Strong understanding of the new product development cycle for roll-formed products.
• Thorough knowledge of tooling, including tool design, tool operations, maintenance and optimization.
• Strong understanding of the complete engineering flow of tube rolling/roll-forming products.
