Rishi Laser, a precision steel fabrication company, seeks a Business Head to spearhead all aspects of plant operations. The role drives revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development in a high-output manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced BE(Mech)/Production engineer with 5+ years in manufacturing, proven leadership of 200+ staff, and a track record in Lean manufacturing, strategic planning, and building long-term customer

Qualifications

• BE Mech/Production with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience as Plant Head or Business Head for a manufacturing facility with 200+ employees.
• Strong Leadership and Execution skills.
• High-level understanding of customers' technical & functional requirements for ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Overall business of the Manufacturing Plant involved in precision steel fabrication.
• Full responsibility of Business development, Sales, Operations and P&L.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and other productivity improvement systems.
• Understand customer demands and ensure on-time delivery and quality as committed.
• Ensure timely completion of all projects and new product development activities.
• Build and lead the cross-functional team for higher performance.

Job description

The Business Head will spearhead all aspects of business operations for a precision steel fabrication company specializing in supplying fabricated assemblies to OEMs. This strategic leadership role requires driving revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development. The Business Head will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to expand the companys market share, optimize resources, and ensure sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall business of the Manufacturing Plant involved in Precision Steel fabrication
• Job involves full responsibility of Business development, Sales, Operations and P&L account
• Should have good knowledge and ability to implement Lean manufacturing and other productivity improvement systems.
• Understand Customers Demands and ensure on time delivery and good quality products as committed.
• Ensure timely and proper completion of all the project and new product development activities.
• Build and Lead the cross functional team for higher performance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Incumbent should be B.E Mech / Production with 2025 years experience in manufacturing and should have worked at a position of Plant head or Business Head
• Should have handled a manufacturing plant with 200+ employees, independently for min of 5 years
• Should have strong Leadership and Execution skills
• Must have a high level understanding of customers technical & functional requirements for ensuring an acceptable quality level.
• Also must possess a high degree of networking skill to develop new business and build and nurture long-term customers loyalty.
