Role Summary

The AGM Plant Head will be responsible for the overall management of plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing while meeting production, quality, delivery, and profitability targets. The role will lead production, maintenance, quality, planning, and EHS functions to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• 15+ years of manufacturing experience, with meaningful experience leading a plant or large manufacturing function.
• Experience in stainless steel, pipes & tubes, metal processing, engineering, auto components or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, process improvement, quality, maintenance and manufacturing costs.
• Experience managing large blue-collar and technical teams.
