Job summary

Simpliwork in Bengaluru seeks a Finance Project Manager to drive strategic projects across Finance, Projects, Procurement, Design, Leasing, and Operations. You will establish plans, milestones, and timelines, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and produce concise updates for the Finance Head.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, stakeholder management, and independent ownership. CRE/consulting experience is a plus, with a focus on process improvements and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / CA/CMA or higher is required.
• Experience in CRE, consulting or business transformation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor strategic Finance projects and coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners and timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management updates for the Finance Head.
• Develop dashboards and MIS to monitor project performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays and escalation of critical issues.
• Plan, prepare, and manage BOQs for materials, as required.

Job description

• Drive and monitor strategic projects on behalf of the Finance function.
• Coordinate with Finance, Projects, Procurement, Design, Leasing, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners and timelines.
• Conduct regular review meetings and track action items to closure.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays and dependencies and escalation critical issues.
• Prepare concise weekly/monthly management updates for the Finance Head.
• Develop dashboards and MIS to monitor project performance.
• Follow up with stakeholders and ensure agreed timelines are adhered to.
• Support process improvement, automation and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate business impact of projects and help management make informed decisions.
• Independently manage projects with limited supervision.
• Plan, prepare, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for materials, as required.

Skill Set Required:

• Experience in commercial real estate / CRE, consulting, business transformation, and project management preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
