Job summary

Movate is seeking a Business Finance Manager to partner with business and delivery leaders to drive profitability, financial planning, forecasting, and performance management within an IT Services/ITES setting.

You will lead budgeting, analysis of revenue and margins, and support commercial decisions while ensuring robust governance and reporting.asian experience preferred but essential in finance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A.
• Experience in IT Services, ITES, Consulting, or Global Delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services financial models.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, margin management, and business partnering.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/Reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI).

Responsibilities
