Job summary

Panacorp Software Solutions in Tamil Nadu, India seeks a motivated Telesales Executive to connect with researchers, students and professionals, explain our PhD assistance services, and convert leads into clients.

You will be the first point of contact, building trust and driving business growth through effective communication and follow-ups. Freshers are welcome; English is essential with Tamil/Hindi as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Any degree; freshers can apply, experience in telesales/education/research domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain PhD assistance services such as research support, thesis writing, data analysis, publication help, etc.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate services.
• Maintain follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed clients.
• Update daily call logs, lead reports, and client details in CRM.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
