Job summary

Farvision is seeking a Business Excellence Manager (BEM) to provide strategic solutions for Business Excellence Services across client organizations in Kolkata and Pune. You will identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive end-to-end change management.

The role requires 3–8 years’ consultancy experience, CMA/CFA background, and strong finance, accounting, and communication skills. Location is Kolkata with some Pune assignments, full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy firms offering Business Excellence Services.
• Completed assignments across multiple clients.
• Age not more than 35 yrs.
• CMA/CFA Background.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in client organizations.
• Formulate strategic plans to implement changes.
• Complete change implementation within the agreed timeframe to achieve outcomes.
• Internal auditing, process auditing, change management.
• Demonstrate excellent communication.
• Demonstrate strong PPT and Excel skills.
