Job summary

Encube Ethicals in Mumbai seeks a capable SFA administrator to monitor usage, ensure data accuracy and drive reporting for field-force productivity. The role involves coordinating with service providers, managing the SFA platform across teams and building dashboards to track performance and expenses.

You will analyze SFA data to identify gaps, support business decisions, and conduct user training to ensure successful adoption of new modules.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Force Automation (SFA) or Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system usage, data accuracy, reporting compliance and field-force productivity.
• Coordinate with SFA service provider and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Manage and administer the SFA platform across the field and business teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards covering sales performance, customer coverage, call productivity, expenses, attendance and incentives.
• Analyse SFA data to identify gaps, improve field-force effectiveness and support business decisions.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of the platform.
• Manage system upgrades, process changes, testing and implementation of new modules or functionalities.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and adherence to SFA governance and reporting protocols.
