Job summary

Eazy is seeking a highly motivated Implementation – SFA to lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact and driving successful adoption across business units.

You will coordinate with Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Account Management to translate client requirements into scalable configurations, monitor timelines with KPIs, manage risks and escalations, drive user adoption through workshops, and coach regional teams for delivery

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in SFA/DMS implementation in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on implementation of FieldAssist, Bizom, or Botree mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong sales operations and digital transformation knowledge in manufacturing.

Job Title: Implementation – Sales Force Automation (SFA)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation – SFA to lead end-to-end implementation of our Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions for enterprise customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, drive successful deployments, and ensure high customer satisfaction through strategic project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key client accounts throughout the implementation lifecycle and post-go-live support phase.
• Analyze client business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable, user-centric product configurations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive user adoption through tailored workshops, training sessions, change management strategies, and ongoing enablement.
• Monitor project health using KPIs, dashboards, and MIS tools; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Resolve escalations promptly by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Identify upsell/enhancement opportunities in partnership with Account Managers to deepen customer relationships and expand platform usage.
• Mentor and develop regional implementation teams, establishing standardized processes and best practices for delivery excellence.
• Continuously improve implementation frameworks to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in SFA/DMS implementation, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade SFA platforms such as FieldAssist, Bizom, Botree, or similar solutions (mandatory).
• Proven track record of leading implementation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, field force management, and digital transformation in manufacturing or related industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with multi-country deployments or global clients.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) or SFA product-specific training.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration architectures.
