Your Role

• Shape and execute commercial strategies to improve regional performance across Asia.
• Strengthening forecast accuracy, market intelligence, and brand presence across sub-regions.
• Lead cross-regional initiatives to streamline operations and improve commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver targeted training, workshops, and capability-building initiatives.
• Conduct business analysis across Asia by consolidating market, customer, sales, and financial data to identify performance drivers, opportunities, and risks.

Who You Are

• You bring 5 or more years of experience in business excellence, commercial operations, or process improvement, ideally within a commoditized or life science market.
• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• You are confident working with analytics platforms and business information systems, and you are proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel for data modeling and dashboard development.
• You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach to proposing innovative solutions, including experience with structured improvement methodologies.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence in English, and you thrive in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment where you can influence without direct authority.
• You understand how artificial intelligence tools work, including their practical applications, limitations, and ethical implications, and you can apply this knowledge to make informed, responsible decisions in a commercial context.
