Treebo Hospitality Ventures is seeking a dynamic professional to lead hotel supply growth in your assigned cluster, identifying properties, partnering with owners and closing franchise deals at competitive terms.

You will strategize market entry, launch properties, negotiate leases, and drive local marketing to build brand adoption across key cities in the region.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in property acquisition, leasing, franchise development or partnerships.
• Background in hospitality, real estate or consulting, quick commerce, retail or QSR expansion, coworking, or healthcare network expansion.
• A proven record of sourcing and closing deals with owners, landlords or partners.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for number-driven negotiations.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
• Willing to travel extensively across the region.

About the Role

You will own hotel supply growth in your assigned cluster: finding properties, partnering with owners, and closing franchise deals at competitive commercials. You’ll be responsible for the cluster’s launch targets.
