Responsabilités

• Identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new Lenskart stores within the assigned region.
• Manage retail property searches and coordinate with property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers.
• Conduct detailed location and catchment analysis for new store locations.
• Lead negotiations for rentals, landlord scope of work, and final property acquisition terms.
• Coordinate legal due diligence and oversee all documentation required for signing and acquiring new properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless execution up to store launch.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities, including both organic expansion and acquisitions.
