Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a seasoned banking testing and process automation expert to drive growth across existing clients and new logos in the financial services domain. The candidate will own end-to-end sales cycles, lead executive discussions with CIOs/CTOs, design tailored offerings, and develop delivery frameworks leveraging AI, RPA, and modern testing methodologies.

14+ years in Banking with Testing Knowledge is required.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through existing clients and new logos.
• Develop sales pipelines across existing and new logos in close coordination with Client partners and Business Relationship Managers
• Lead client discussions, capability presentations, and executive-level engagement sessions.
• Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response
• Design tailored BA, UAT, and PMO, BPR & BPM service offerings aligned to client business needs
• Develop effort estimations, staffing models, governance structures, and pricing strategies
• Create business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and delivery frameworks
• Collaborate with delivery teams to define innovative solutions leveraging automation, AI, and modern testing methodologies.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Business Heads, Program Directors, and Transformation Leaders.
• Drive executive governance and strategic account reviews.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell across consulting and managed services portfolios.
• Contribute to the growth of Business Analysis, UAT, and PMO practices.
• Develop reusable offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market assets.
• Support competency development and mentor team members.
• Participate in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives.
• Own sales targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management.
