Job summary

ZenTest Software is seeking a seasoned pre-sales professional to manage proposals and commercial operations. You will review MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and change requests, and craft winning proposals and client presentations.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years total experience, 3+ years in pre-sales or contract management, and strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You will collaborate with sales and legal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overall experience with 3+ years in pre-sales, proposal or contract management.
• Strong experience reviewing commercial/legal documents (MSA, SOW, NDA, changes).
• Proven ability to draft proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs, including scope and commercials.
• Create high-quality capability decks, client presentations, and case studies.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills; strong stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Overall 5+ years of experience with minimum 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Proposal Management, Commercial Operations, or Contract Management.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in reviewing and managing commercial/legal documents including MSA, SOW, NDA, Change Requests, and contract structures.
• Expertise in proposal drafting and response management for client pursuits, including RFP/RFI support, scope definition, assumptions, commercials, and solution documentation.
• Proven ability to create high-quality capability decks, client presentations, case studies, and other pre-sales documentation aligned with business and branding standards.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Microsoft Word
• PowerPoint
• Excel
• Version/document management tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced proposal environments with multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, or QA/Testing services industry.
• Understanding of testing services such as SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Data Validation, and Automation Testing.
