Job summary

Nestdigital is seeking a Senior Software Tester with banking domain expertise to lead testing initiatives and ensure high-quality banking applications. You will mentor juniors and shape test strategies across manual and automation testing.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive test planning, risk assessments, and release readiness while staying current with industry trends and regulatory requirements in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, payment systems, regulatory compliance, and financial transaction workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and Agile project management.
• Mandatory experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in API testing using Postman.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation and backend testing.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
