Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd invites applications for a field sales executive to generate new customer business for gold loan (GL) and third-party products. You will work in the Manuguru area to achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.

The role requires strong communication, a sales orientation, and the ability to cross-sell, assess lending norms, support interest collection, and develop branch catchment through local outreach and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate degree required.
• Basic computer knowledge in MS Office applications mandatory.
• MS Excel is preferable.
