Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in specification.
• Proven experience in leading and scaling teams (must-have).
• Strong network with top architecture & MEP firms in Mumbai.
• Demonstrated success in getting brands approved in BOQs.
• Strong understanding of the commercial project ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants and MEP firms in Mumbai.
• Drive brand approvals in BOQs and tender documents across key projects.
• Create and implement a specification strategy for the Mumbai market.
• Ensure liaisoning and relationship management with key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project pipelines and dashboards for tracking opportunities.
• Ensure pipeline visibility, tracking and conversion from specification to order.
• Work with sales teams to convert BOQ approvals into closures.
• Drive early-stage engagement to secure preferred vendor positioning.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top architects, consultants, and MEP firms (DSP, Edifice, M Moser, Space Matrix, etc.)
• Drive brand approvals in BOQs / tender documents across key projects
• Create and implement a specification strategy for the Mumbai market
• Ensure strong liaisoning and relationship management with key stakeholders
• Develop and manage project pipelines and dashboards for tracking opportunities
• Ensure pipeline visibility, tracking, and conversion from specification to order
• Work closely with sales teams to convert BOQ approvals into closures
• Drive early-stage engagement to secure preferred/approved vendor positioning
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle (360° exposure) from design to execution
