Job summary

Skillventory in Ahmedabad is seeking a Lead - Current Account Acquisition to guide the CA acquisition team for the region. You will drive the acquisition of Current Accounts from businesses, SMEs, professionals, institutions, traders, and other eligible segments, and build an active pipeline.

You will oversee lead generation, customer meetings, product pitching, documentation and conversion, and monitor performance to meet monthly and quarterly targets for CA accounts, CASA balances, activation,

• Lead and manage the CA acquisition team for the assigned Region/Office.
• Drive acquisition of Current Accounts from businesses, SMEs, professionals, institutions, traders and other eligible customer segments.
• Generate business through open market sourcing, referrals and corporate connections.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for CA acquisition, CASA balances, activation, revenue and cross-sell.
• Guide team on lead generation, customer meetings, product pitching, documentation and conversion.
• Monitor performance through daily/weekly reviews and ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired customers and identify opportunities for additional banking products.

• Generate business through open market sourcing, referrals, existing customer references, corporate connections and local market mapping.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for CA acquisition, CASA balances, activation, revenue and cross-sell.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and build a strong acquisition pipeline.
• Guide team members on lead generation, customer meetings, product pitching, documentation and conversion.
• Monitor individual and team performance through daily/weekly reviews and ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired customers and identify opportunities for additional banking products.
