Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India is seeking a Bancassurance Manager to drive life insurance business through bank branches, building strong relationships with banking partners, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will train branch staff, conduct joint sales calls, promote insurance solutions, and support pre- and post-sales activities, while monitoring performance and compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services.
• Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in handling bank partnerships and customer interactions.
• Good understanding of life insurance products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and premium targets through partner bank branches.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and bank staff.
