Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to drive client acquisition and manage key accounts in IT staffing. The role is based in Bangalore with 5 days WFO, focusing on domestic and US staffing.

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and help the recruitment team meet hiring needs. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT staffing sales and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business development or account management in IT staffing.

Responsibilities
