Tekskills Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager / Account Manager for IT staffing based in Bangalore.

The role focuses on acquiring new clients, growing key accounts, and driving revenue in domestic or US IT staffing markets. You will lead client engagements, coordinate with recruiting teams, negotiate contracts, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets while ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in business development or account management in IT staffing.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Preference for domestic IT staffing or US IT staffing.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing services.
