Job summary

SkillLabs in Haryana is seeking a dynamic field sales executive to drive CASA acquisitions in Karnal. You will engage potential customers through field visits, referrals, and events to open Savings and Current Accounts and build a robust pipeline.

The role requires keen understanding of customer needs, ability to cross-sell cards, loans, and deposits, and adherence to KYC and regulatory guidelines. You will report weekly, track activities, and contribute to growth.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new CASA customers via field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
• Open Savings and Current Accounts per targets.
• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide banking solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-sell banking products: cards, insurance, loans, FDs, digital services.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
• Generate leads through corporate visits, market activities, networking.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Guide customers regarding banking products and processes.
• Ensure proper KYC and account opening documentation.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor customer portfolios and account activities.
• Maintain account quality and reduce dormant accounts.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Suggest strategies to improve business growth.
• Maintain daily sales reports and activity trackers.
• Update management on targets, achievements, and customer feedback.
