Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify key properties for acquisition.
• Engage with property owners to communicate OYO's vision.
• Develop joint business plans with property owners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders until properties go live.
• Review signed SLAs with property owners periodically.
• Monitor market trends and real estate developments.
• Address issues between Property Owners and OYO's teams.

Job description

• Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO
• Meet property owners and sell OYO's vision of providing comfortable stays for many
• Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association and bring them onboard our platform
• Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till property goes live on OYO platform
• Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
• Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
• Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYOs Operations/Revenue team
