Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to drive the company's growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and preparing proposals to deliver tailored services. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in New Delhi, working closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance the company’s market presence.
- Extensive Business Development experience, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong sales pipelines, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
- Hands‑on experience in the complete business development cycle, including:
- Cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Lead generation using research, networking, and digital channels
- Lead qualification, proposal preparation, presentations, and demos
- Negotiation and closing of deals
- Must have strong Field Sales experience, capable of managing on‑ground activities, conducting in‑person meetings, and driving market penetration.
- Must have the ability to individually build and maintain a strong network of clients, partners, and business contacts, without dependency on company‑provided leads.
- Aggressive, target‑driven, and a self‑starter, with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
- Should be able to perform in a highly competitive and high‑pressure environment, demonstrating strong mental resilience and adaptability.
- International experience working across multiple European countries, including but not limited to Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Strong understanding of European market dynamics, customer expectations, communication styles, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (speaking & writing) is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional European language is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license, international driving license should be able to take easily.
- Comfortable with frequent international travel, including 2–3 months at a stretch based on project or client requirements.
- Willing and flexible to relocate temporarily or long‑term as needed.
- Should be based in India and able to work effectively in multicultural environments.
