Recruitment and Team Building

• Recruit high-quality financial consultants, advisors, and agents.
• Build and expand a strong local distribution network.
• Onboard new members and guide them through licensing and compliance

Sales and Target Achievement

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Drive the entire range of company products and manage product mix ratios.
• Support field sales and close major client pitches when needed.

Operations and Compliance

• Ensure all sales processes follow legal and company compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate databases, records, and reports on team progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments like underwriting to ensure smooth policy issuance.
