Job summary

Probus Insurance Broker in Mumbai is seeking a Dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in life and health insurance. The role targets identifying, onboarding, and activating partners nationwide with strong product knowledge and proactive partner management.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in life/health insurance sales or support, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across partner channels. Onsite role in Andheri, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in life or health insurance sales/support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to onboard and train partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and activate new partners to promote life and health insurance products.
• Act as SPOC for all PAN India partners in the life-health vertical.
• Drive business generation from active and inactive partners through regular engagement.
• Coordinate training and product knowledge dissemination to partners.
• Resolve partner queries promptly and ensure seamless coordination.
• Promote awareness and adoption of insurance products across partner channels.
